In just the second month of joining eXp Realty in 2018, Arizona agents Fred Weaver and Kevin Kauffman made more in revenue share than the entire previous year of profit-sharing with their previous brokerage.
And, despite COVID-19 challenges, the team says their business has really taken off in the last six months, forecasting they will exceed their 2019 numbers by 32%. The team sold $65 million on 214 transactions in 2019 and are trending to do $90 million on 278 units for 2020.
Additionally, thanks to eXp’s borderless expansion business model, the team’s group has been able to grow to 40 agents across four states.
“We are having more fun in real estate in the last two years than at any other company ever before,” a team member stated.
